3:00 p.m. | Welcome, Registration & Networking
Arrive, check in, and connect with fellow student honorees and members of the IU community before the program begins.

4:00 p.m. | IU Online Student Showcase
Join us as we recognize our 2026 student honorees and celebrate their stories, accomplishments, and contributions.
5:00 p.m. | Celebration Dinner
Enjoy dinner with your guest, fellow honorees, and members of the IU community.
6:15 p.m. | Showcase Wrap-Up and Break
Showcase activities will conclude at approximately 6:15 p.m. Guests attending SIX will have time to prepare for the evening before meeting for the group walk to IU Auditorium.
Biddle Hotel guests: Return to your room and take a few minutes to freshen up, if needed.
Guests not staying overnight: Use this time to prepare for the walk, visit the restroom, organize your belongings, or continue connecting with other attendees.
6:40 p.m. | Meet for SIX
Meet the Showcase group at the entrance of the IMU on the Lobby Level. The group will depart promptly for IU Auditorium.
Leave your vehicle parked at the IMU and bring only what you need for the performance.
6:40–7:00 p.m. | Walk to IU Auditorium
The group will walk together from the IMU to IU Auditorium. Although the walk itself takes ~6 minutes, additional time has been included to gather the group and walk comfortably.
7:30 p.m. | SIX
Location: IU Auditorium
The doors to the seating area open at approximately 7:00 p.m. Please enter with the group and allow enough time to find your seat before the performance begins.

The Indiana Memorial Union, commonly called the IMU, is the location for Showcase registration, programming, dinner, and the Biddle Hotel.

Parking entrance: Lot entrances are located off 7th St. & Forrest Ave., respectively.
Registration location: Frangipani Room, Main Level of the Indiana Memorial Union
If you are staying at the Biddle Hotel:
Pull a parking ticket at the gate when you enter the IMU parking area.
Keep the ticket with you during your stay.
When leaving the parking area, show the attendant both your Biddle Hotel room key and parking ticket.
When checking out of the hotel, leave your room key with the parking attendant as you exit.
If you are not staying overnight:
Pull a parking ticket at the gate when you enter the IMU parking area.
Bring the ticket with you to Showcase registration.
You will receive a parking voucher at registration.
Use the voucher when exiting the parking area.
After parking, enter through the main doors. Continue to the Main Level and follow signs to the Frangipani Room. The primary route includes a flight of stairs; an accessible route is available via elevator.
The Biddle Hotel is located inside the Indiana Memorial Union, where Showcase activities will take place.

IU Online will arrange and cover your Biddle Hotel accommodation based on the lodging information provided in your RSVP. You do not need to contact the hotel, make a reservation, or pay for your room.
If your lodging needs change or you have a question about your reservation, contact the IU Online Student Showcase team. We will work directly with the Biddle Hotel on your behalf. Please do not contact the hotel to change your reservation independently.
If your room is not ready when you arrive, proceed to event registration in the Frangipani Room. Time has been included after dinner for overnight guests who still need to check in or freshen up before walking to SIX.
Parking for hotel guests:
Pull a parking ticket at the gate when entering the IMU parking area.
Keep the ticket with you during your stay.
When leaving the parking area, show the attendant your Biddle Hotel room key and parking ticket.
When checking out of the hotel, leave your room key with the parking attendant as you exit.
Attire: Business Casual
Choose clothing that helps you feel comfortable and confident while celebrating your accomplishments.
The evening includes a short outdoor walk for honorees and guests attending SIX. We recommend bringing:
Comfortable walking shoes
Weather-appropriate clothing or outerwear
Your phone
Your parking ticket
A phone charger or portable battery, if helpful
Necessary medications or personal items
Honorees and guests attending SIX may leave their vehicles parked at the IMU. Be ready to depart the IMU with the group at 6:40 p.m.

Before the performance:
If you bring a bag, it must fit completely under your seat. It does not need to be clear.
The front doors to IU Auditorium open at approximately 6:30 p.m.; the doors to the seating area open at approximately 7:00 p.m.
Latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable pause in the performance.
Refreshments are available before the performance and during intermission.
Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted.
Silence or turn off mobile phones and other electronic devices, and refrain from text messaging during the performance.
After the performance:
Following the performance, students and guests will return to the IMU independently. Overnight guests may return to the Biddle Hotel, while guests who are not staying overnight may return to their vehicles.
Biddle Hotel guests: When exiting the parking area, show the attendant your Biddle Hotel room key and parking ticket. When checking out of the hotel, leave your room key with the parking attendant.
Guests not staying overnight: Use the parking voucher you received at Showcase registration when exiting the lot.
If your schedule allows, you are welcome to arrive early and spend time exploring IU Bloomington and the surrounding community.

Exploring is completely optional. Please return to the IMU with enough time to park and register by 3:00 p.m.
Some honorees may have expressed interest in participating in a brief interview and photography opportunity with IU’s University Communications and Marketing team.
Participation is completely optional. Interested students will receive separate scheduling information closer to the event.
You do not need to change your travel plans to participate.
